Owner
Jay has spent 25 years in the construction industry. Progressing through roles including being a Trade Contractor Supervisor, he is a hands-on leader who takes pride in Rexhill’s performance. Following his years on the ‘tools’, Jay regularly visits project sites and gets directly involved with all of Rexhill’s clients, contractors and supply chain to ensure they are properly managed. His project leadership has included delivering jobs for clients as diverse as The Crown Estate to Peabody Housing Association. Jay actively monitors engineering and design as well as being directly involved with health and safety risk management and business resilience.
